Santa's Winter Wonderland SEN Sessions offer all the joy, sparkle and festive fun of our much loved Christmas experience, in a calmer and more relaxed setting.
Specially designed for children and families who may benefit from a quieter environment, these sessions feature reduced sound and lighting levels, fewer guests and additional wheelchair spaces, helping everyone enjoy the magic of Christmas at their own pace.

All the magic, in a more relaxed setting
Step into a snowy wonderland filled with real snow and falling snow, before settling down to enjoy a spellbinding mini pantomime, Snow White.
The adventure continues into Santa’s Village, where you’ll meet real fluffy friends, discover engaging family games and visit SledEx Headquarters, ready to post that all important letter to Santa.
With fewer guests and a calm, supportive atmosphere throughout, SEN Sessions give families the space to enjoy Santa’s Winter Wonderland in a way that works for them.
Complimentary carer places
One complimentary carer place is available per eligible guest and must be arranged in advance.
Simply complete your Santa’s Winter Wonderland booking first, then forward your e-ticket confirmation to guestservices@snowdome.co.uk, letting us know how many carer places are required and including your proof of carer status.
Our Guest Services team will then confirm your complimentary carer place(s).
